Welcome to our Hydraulic Systems page. There are quite a few pictures below to help us illustrate to you what we can accomplish in your system. Hydraulic oil is the lifeblood in a hydraulic system and dirt in many forms can be detrimental to its ability to perform and simply operate,  so keeping the part you can't see clean is very important.

 

 

 

 

 

This kit below is what we use to test on site to make sure that we are reaching the needed results. We can take a sample at any time and in a minute or two be looking under the microscope at picture similar to the ones over on the right.                        You can have a look too if you like.

 

 

 

Here on the right and below we can see four different samples of oil taken from a system at various stages, to give you an idea of what can be achieved. The first sample here is heavily contaminated mostly metallic with some silica and a few rust  particles. According to the ISO Cleanliness Code it is at a rating of   22/20

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This shows a nearly perfectly clean sample
The pictures below shows four samples of oil which is contaminated to different levels. They represent levels which are often encountered in the field for us.
This represents what a brand new system (with built in contaminants) would look like.
This one is almost clean visually and is at a rating of 15/13. The contamination is mostly metallic with very few silica particles.
This sample was taken directly from a barrel of new oil.
This sample is at a rating of 17/15 on the ISO Cleanliness Code. The visible contaminants include silica, metallic and rust particles.
This shows a sample after a very mild hydraulic filtration was performed

This sample is completely free of visible particles. We can clean your system down to a any level you require.

 

 

 

 

    

We commonly remove numerous pounds of particles and contamination from hydraulic systems. Debris particles can come from various sources. The oil in a new factory fresh drum state is in itself contaminated as you can see from the sample pictures above on the left. Even worse still as you can imagine when the system is installed and welded together in a construction site like enviroment contamination is amazing when compiled like in the photo's below.
We achieve these results with one of our Hydralubes (shown on left). We can clean to any level that you require.
